Shipping days (Tuesdays & Fridays) and a set cutoff time for orders (12pm UK time - the day before the set shipping day). Tracking numbers are emailed on the day after set shipping days. Please refer to the FAQ page for more info.

Refunds Policy

No refunds are provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Refunds are only provide if you request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order, by contacting Earth's Clay Store.  If you try to cancel after this time, your order may be processed and your cancelation may not be accepted.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
