We were a small company based in the United Kingdom, England but now we have closed.

We aim to reply within 48 hours. We receive numerous emails daily, so please bear with us if you do not get a response straight away.  Please also note that if you are an international customer (someone residing outside of the United Kingdom), your country's time zone will either be ahead or behind the UK. Therefore you may have to wait a little longer for a response. 

We will only respond back to customer emails and messages during our opening times.  We are closed for major holidays as well as Bank holidays.  

For all Bank Holidays on Monday the store will be closed.  No customer emails/messages will be answered during Bank Holidays.

For Easter the store will be closed for both Good Friday and Easter Bank Holiday Monday.  Therefore all customer emails will be replied to after the Easter holiday.
